Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation was founded in 1996 by Steve Jacobson. We have over 129 branches licensed in 45 states. We funded $6 Billion in 2012.

We treat every customer as if they were our only customer. We're committed to having funding "at the table" before closing, and documents to the title company 48 prior to closing. Every team member is trained to be experts to guide our customers through the entire process. Borrower's will receive routine status updates as the loan move through processing.
